Ordering an industrial hydraulic lift with custom construction; Selection, design and purchase guide
What is an industrial hydraulic lift?
Why is custom made hydraulic lift important?
- Cargo capacity based on the actual weight of goods, equipment or pallets
- Length and width of the platform according to the dimensions of the load
- Lifting height according to the number of floors or level difference
- Choosing the type of lift; Scissors, straight jack, cab or carrier
- Design for installation inside the building, open space, well or next to the production line
- Determining the number of stops and the location of entry and exit doors
- Choosing a manual, hand-held, remote or automatic control system
- Employing safety equipment according to the type of use
- Possibility of designing for humid, cold, dusty environments or spaces open

- Need special control and safety equipment
Advantages of ordering direct industrial elevator construction
- Designing based on the real space of the workshop or warehouse
- Selecting the exact capacity and avoiding unnecessary costs
- Increasing safety in cargo transportation
- Optimal use of available space
- Possibility to add special equipment
- Compatibility with the production line or warehousing processes
- Better access to installation, repair and parts supply services
- Increasing moving speed and reducing labor pressure Important factors to increase the life of the hydraulic lift
- Never load more than the rated capacity on the lift.
- Place the load as much as possible in the center of the platform.
- Periodically check the condition of the hydraulic oil and possible leaks.
- Check the operation of the emergency stop button and microswitches.
- Make sure that the movement path and around the structure are clean.
- Periodical service of the power pack, hoses, connections and Do the wiring.
- If you notice any unusual noise, vibration or irregular movement, stop the machine and do a technical inspection.
